Things go more smoothly if we all meet 15 minutes before the tour start time. In other words, let’s meet at Gelarto at 5:45 pm and begin our experience right at 6pm. Fair warning: We leave on time!

Comfy shoes, bug spray, and plenty of water come in handy.

Stuff happens. No problem. We will extend you a full refund with 24 hours notice.

If it rains, we go. If it is 105 degrees, we go. If there is lightening close by, we don’t. In the event of lightning or unsafe weather conditions, we will cancel the tour. Guests may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

I recommend metered street parking (if you can find it?) as city meters only charge you up to 6:30pm. After that, it’s free!
The closest parking lot is at 119 Market Street. Very convenient and rarely full. -
I do have few things that I’m proud to tell you about. I’m passionate about sharing my adopted city of over 30 years. I’m also big believer that smaller groups make for bigger, better experiences for my guests. Finally, I am a life-long storyteller that never stops honing my craft. My tours aren’t from canned scripts, or AI generated “stories” that anyone can memorize. Indeed, I’m the difference between just another good tour and a lasting memory.

Some might rightly ask “Hey buddy, why do we need you to “mansplain” about these women?” Fair enough. My only answer is this: if you knew my mother, my wife and my daughter you might better understand why this tour is important to me. Who knows? Maybe someday (soon?) I will have women also giving this tour. However, in the meantime, I assure you I understand the potential concern. My goal will always be to earn your respect, regardless of your gender or self-identification.
